Hello,

Let me start by saying that these forums a very helpfull. I was wondering if someone could help me out a bit. I want to log off my users in the db. Basicly what I have now is a form with a timerevent checking a value in a table which activates the form if value is true. You then get a you need to log off message (still need to automate the log off after say 5 minutes orso).

My problem is this form that checks the value. It is a minimized form, but it is "visible" in the bottom left of the screen (small bar) and when dubble clicking it opens up. I want it to be completly hidden (like you can hide the db-window) so user won't touch it.

I'm not a programmer, I understand a bit of VB (hence the timer). How can I hide this mimimized form? I played a bit the visible option but I guess thats not for a whole form.

Any help will be appreciated.

Tom

What version of Access are you running?
Do you want an example emailed to you as this is not a small bit of programming!

Running Access97. Is it that much work to hide the entire form? I thought it be a simple options somewhere. I don't want to make you go to too much trouble. So if it's really unusual it's not necassary.
