Hiding Extension number of calling extension

Hello all,

Have an sx2000 and we do not want the help desk tech's internal extension numbers to display when they call internal users. We use the 4015, 4025 and 4150 phones. For all other user to user internal calls we want the extension number to show.

Any suggestions?

In the telephone directory, put a "y" in the "private" column (prv) This will ensure the system only displays the name.
