hiding data in oracle report

I wanted to hide one of the data field in a oracle report
I did it through conditional formating
It hid record however the space of that record remains blanck. next record doesnt get written in that space.

look at using anchors and colapse property. this will solve your problem!

I have a single formula coulmn which gives no. of employees for one perticular grade in a div. I wanted category wise totals where category depend on grade
I wanted to insert these totals after grades for one pert cat get over. Hoever i am unable to insert this summary column at this perticular position. Help.
