Does anyone have a suggestion for hiding agent login numbers so that they do not display when calling internal numbers? We are using CM5.2.1.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
(Hope this posts to the Avaya: Definity Systems Forum this time!!)

First, disp sys cust and make sure that Hospitality is turned on.

Use the command cha cos, and change COS 0 so that Client Room is set to Y.

For stations, this will display the entry in the Client Room field instead of the extension. Agent logon ID's are automatically assigned to COS 0, and since the agent form does not have a Client Room field, it just blocks the logon ID from being displayed.

Thank you, Susan! That absolutely works! I suppose there is no way to turn this on for some and not for others?

Nope, since there is no way to change the COS for agents, it's an all-or-nothing fix. However, you CAN list agents in the online Avaya directory; that was my solution for the one department that actually wanted the agent logon ID's to be dialed by customers. Just make sure to give those agents a coverage path.

You are brilliant Susan! Thank you very much for your ideas and help!
