Hide Public Folder

Is there an easy way to hide all public folders from all users in both outlook and owa. We do not want users to use public folders at all so we would like them not to see it at all so there is no questions as to what they are used for.

Sure, just set the permission as required and remove the check to hide it.

thanks but when i do this users can still add a public folder to the top level.
I guess i just need to configure the setting sunder the security tab?
