HIDE MENU

Hello Colleagues:
Some days ago, i move the menus view, windows and help of Outlook XP. I tried unistalling and installing office again but it appear without this options.
Some bady help me?

Thanks, i was tried making the regedit changes that it's say but nothing. This link not related my problem.
