Hide internal display of Directory Number

Can someone help me how to configure CCM so that when one will call an internal IP user only the name will be displayed but not the number.

Alternatively we can hide the real number to be displayed but another phantom number is displayed.

Can you explain more- perhaps you can set up a translation and use the " tick mask of handset" or words to that effect but do not enter a local external mask onthe actual handset ?

If all your extensions begin with 3xxx then create a Partiton called "masked" and copy your normal CSS but remove your normal internal partition and replace it with the new one- masked. Then create a new translation of 3xxx and assign the masked Partition it it as well. Then assign the new CSS to the extension you are working then. If it works then all calls by this extension will use the translation of 3xxx but it is forced to use it own mask of "blank"
