We have a client that requires their help line calls not show inbound caller ID information. Server Edition R11 w/ VM Pro and SIP trunking
I've tried sending calls to a dial extension short code with telephone number 118s"0000000000", I've tried sending calls to VM Pro and transfer with Source of Transfer and Description fields filled out, and I've tried a combination of the two but my caller ID name and number are still coming through.
Is there anything else I can do on the PBX side to try and hide the callers information?
