Hello Everyone,

I have a small issue maybe someone can help me.
I'm hosting different domains in my exchange 2000, so far so good. Now the issue is that all the users are using outlook and when they click on the address book they can see all the users from their domain and from all the other domains.
What I need to do is:
the users from domainA.com only see the domainA.com user's list, Users on DomainB.com only see DomainB.com users and so on, when they click on the address book in outlook.
The user's are using SMTP, not POP3.
Can anyone help me?

You can remove a custom recipient from the GAL by using the "Hide from address book" checkbox on the advanced tab of the mailbox properties but this removes the custom recipient from ALL address lists. The product does not contain a feature that provides the ability to hide addresses from selected address lists.
