You can do it in the COR page 2

mmm corection it wil not send extension either.....

There is such parameter no Mask CPN/NAME for internal calls on my COR. I am running CM3.1.2

Thanks,

mwooks

It should be on the COS form but unfortunately I don't have since I am using CM3 and I think it is available on CM4 above.

Thanks by the way.

mwooks.

Ok then try using client room, this will only send the room information, try to fill in the station number in room.

change the station cos with a cos that where yoy say client room = Y

Also check disp sys hosp on page 2
display room information in call display=y

But if you don,t want to see the name why just not let the name emty?

Put an * at the front of the name:

*Smith, John

Doesn't show up in the directory, can't dial * for directory as * = ,

Sorry, misread post, my solution doesn't help.

The best thing i have found its to use a "~" before the name, It Will mask the name

Unfortunately, the ~ causes a garbled directory listing in some of the later CMs.

If you press Directory and then just hit Next, the garbled listings will show first.

The * doesn't list it at all.
