Scenario: Extension A calls an external number and transfers the call to extension B. Is it possible to prevent the CLI of the external call being presented on the display at Extension B?
I believe if you go to the phone, and then the main line appearance. At the very bottom there are the call forward caller ID options. I am on CM 4.0 though. Not sure what version your on.
