Hi There,
I was wondering if some one can help me with this
I have two Access databases
1. One Accaess database links to two tables by ODBC connection, that table cannot be seen when I select table menu in Access nor I am required to type the password for ODBC connection, How can I get to it as I need to add two more fileds to that table?

2. There is another Access database that is supposed to use the query created form the 1st Access database, how can I acheive that?

If anyone knows, how to get all the tree actions done, I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Annie

Are you saying:
1. DB1 has two tables, and DB2 has links to those two tables? Or,
2. DB1 has links to two tables (i.e. SQL SVR)

Have you tried "Tools | Options " and clicked "Hidden" and "System.."?

DB1 links to one table, which is hidden(SQL Server), a query is created out of that table.

DB2 runs that query, creates a local static table, and the static table is only updated when the command button is selected.

Please answer my question: "Have you tried "Tools | Options " and clicked "Hidden" and "System.."?"

Yes I tried that and it worked, I am testing the other part of the question.

Thanks for your help
