Hidden sheets in Excel

Strange one, a user has hidden some sheets in a workbook but I cannot unhide them in the normal way
Format, Sheet, Unhide.
Unhide is grayed out as though there are no hidden sheets.
I can see the 2 hidden sheets in the VBA module but cannot get to them as a worksheet. The book/sheet is not protected in anyway.
Any ideas.

They are probably set to very hidden, these wont show in the workbook. On the properties for each sheet in the VBA windows, there is a visible property, try changing back to visible from there.

Spot on, god knows how an end user who claims to have no knowledge whatsoever of Excel let alone VBA managed to do this.
