I have a DID number that is routing to a VDN but not sure how. I tried to list usage that extension but nothing shows up. That DID extension is no where to be found? The last 4 of DID is 1596 and VDN is 4162. Any other places that I can look into? [ponder]

sara76,

I would check disp tru X where X is the trunk for your DID.

On page 3 or 4 you might see:

public-ntwrk 4 1596 4 4162

I would just remove or update that setting...

Joe

I checked as you suggested, but nothing there.

Does a "list extension-type" in GEDI show you anything for 1596?

hint:

Your 1596 might be in your "listed-directory-numbers" table that points it to VDN 4162.

LDN's do not show up when you do a "list usage extension

I even contacted AT&T to see if they could be sending us something different on that number but no modification was made on that number.

What about inc-call-handling-trmt? (Incoming Call Handling Treatment)

Manfummd is right if its a newer CM 3.x and higher they took the incoming call handling off the trunk group and made it, its own command.

Do a disp incoming-call-handling treatment trunk group xx and you'll see.

This may be way off but what about lis tra tac xxx (DID trunk group) then calling that DID to see if it shows up in the trace and displays the routing or any other weird stuff.

I knew you guys wouldn't let me down!!!! Thanks!

Please post the solution that worked for you, so that others with the same problem can find their answer in the future.....
