HiCom PhoneMail Outbound Call

Is there a flag to set to allow the PhoneMail to dial an external line (when a user access a particluar station that's been set to forward to an outside #)?

System: HiCom 150E + PhoneMail 1.03

Ps: in case this makes a difference the issue is that dialed from inside everything is fine. But when an outside caller get the company greeting and presses the station that has the call forward, the call gets dropped.

Solved the problem. The station flag for the voicemail ports need to allow Transit on Hook. Otherwise I guess the (external) transfer fails. Apparently trasnferring to an internal station is not affected by this flag as users can enter station #s and be transfered all day long.
