Hicom Office 150 Group Ringing

Hi, I look after a site that has a Hicom Office 150, we inherited the maintenance of this system and its been fine but one of the users complained that to answer calls to the Group she had to use the Call Pickup button. I checked the programming and she is in the Group as number 4, I shifted her up to number 3 in the Group but that just shifted the problem to the phone that is now number 4.
Is 3 the maximum number of phones allowed in a simultaneous Ring Group?
Software Version is 150H V1.0 804.000

Have you tried turning it off then on again!

I just added 4 to a group, all do ring I believe but the one that is in a MULAP group audibly rings but the line does not flash while the others do. I only need to pick up the handset to answer the call on the phone without a visual indication
