hello, I work on a hicom 4000 and they asked me if there is a way to insert themselves in a phone call. Example: extension xxx (analog) calls extension yyyy (analog); now I would like to join XXX to tell him something urgent without waiting for his line to be free again.

With COS and FEASU set then you call an extension.
If busy then you press the 2nd Call/Knocking Override (KNOVR) button on your phone to 'butt in' to the call
