---------------------------------------------------------------
| TGRP = 3 LDAT CERIA SUBGROUP = 10 |
---------------------------------------------------------------
what command that i can use to change the SUBGROUP and MAINGROUP parameter???please help me!!

I do not have any International Hicom 300 documentation, but since that system uses many of the same AMOs as the HiPath 4000, here is a HTML file for RICHT from the AMO Reference manual.
My recollection of those two parameters from the HiPath 4000 is that they are display-only, but the HTML file indicates that under certain conditions they can be different than the trunk group. Only you will be able to read the document and determine what you need to do. Good luck.

I have the whole 4000 V4 AMO manual in German. I asked for the manual after my cut and one of the techs thought they were being funny and sent it to me that way... Needless to say I wasn't amused :)

Unfortunately I only know how to set up the US version of the 300 as well. RICHT is equivalent to LROUT in US 9006, and also SPEC.

You cannot change the values for SUBGROUP and MAINGROUP.
And there is no reason for doing so.
They are extracted values that the HiPath uses and are not changeable.
What end result do you want?
