Hicom 300 TMDN T1 pinout?

Hi, was wondering if anyone knows the T1 pinout for a
TMDN Q2474 card for a Hicom 300E PBX. I could not find this anywhere in the manuals.

If you are using a Siemens TMDN cable from the back of the shelf you should find the BLK/GRN (13) as the transmit side,
and YEL/BLU (16) as the receive side.
