Anyone get this error when trying to dial-in to this 2.2 system?

"User has no rights to preform this action"

I am using 31994 username and password.

I have seen that error when using Assistant C rather than Assistant E.

I have also seen it when trying to access the security module of Assistant E.

It is also possible that someone went in and changed the password to something other than default.

What is your situation - is this your switch, or a customer's? Have you been able to get into it before? Have you recently performed and upgrade to version 3.0 (150H 1.0)? Because after you do so you need to use Manager E rather than Assistant E. Same goes from upgrading from 1.0 to 2.2 - there is also a newer version of Assistant E for that.
