I have a problem with our optiset E advance switchboard phone, when trying to program the keys with REPDIAL feature we get the answer no storage! and cannot save to any of the keys. We have replaced the Phone and e module with no success!
Anyone experienced this before?

I don't know your level of expertise, so don't take offense if you already know all this )

First, I am assuming this phone was there like it is and working before? Otherwise, the key laout on the phone needs to have the buttons programmed for repdial in order for you to program them thru the menu.

Second, in my experience with the Hicom 150 I have found that if you change the phone to another phone of a different type it will default the key layout for that phone. If you then put the original phone back it will stay defaulted. For example, if you have an Advance Plus on there and some user decides they "need a speakerphone in their office" and take that phone and plug it in their office and then throw the basic they had in their office in its place it will default the key layout - or if you decide you want to put a "Memory" phone on there for more capabilities and then when it doesn't work right you put the Advance Plus back - the keys will be messed up.

I would load up Assistant E and take a fresh download from the switch, then go look at the key layout for the extension in question and see if the keys match what you expect them to be. If not, that could probably be why you are having issues, and you will have to reconfigure those keys, add the sidecar back on and configure those keys as well.

Hope that helps a bit. I have gotten that T-shirt a few times, so I figured that might be what happened to you.
