Hicom 150 button problem

Hi all,
I've a Hicom 150 ver 2.2 SNMP. I can't seem to change/add Hold, Mute or a Conference button. Also does anyone know why some stns can use the mailbox button to dial their message and other can't? I'm using Ass C and I don't see anything different from one stn to the next apart from types.
