hicom 130 - cannot make it show durations post meter pulse 1

Hi - I am a software engineer with hotel hi-com 130. Swapped line provider and BT ripped out meter pulse. Cannot afford new exchange but want to capture logging - durations for my hotel package. Cannot make it output any data. Have changed every parameter on hotel system via pcsatdig

Do I have to rip out some hardware at the line terminals.

If you have experienced this problem please can you help - can understand most technical info.

Your old provider like all other providers will only support 'SPM' - Subscriber Pulse Metering on 'legacy' equipment.
They will not supply SPM on newly installed or changed over circuits.
Your new provider will not supply these pulses.
If you are serious in running a hotel then you will need to upgrade the Hicom 130 it to an ISDN system that will give accurate duration out to a PC which can run front of desk software.
I would suggest a HiPath 3000 with some integrated front of desk system possibly using caracas.
