Dial the first party, then press transfer *3 and the second party then tranfser *3 third party. You can go up to 5 parties but this need to be set in the systems flags. Also look if transit on the user is actievated (can't remember for a 118) Also you might need to press "internal" button after every transfer depending on how your system is setup.
