My Tecra no longer goes into hibernation but instead gives the message "The device driver for the 'Generic volume' device is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver." Closing all apps including system tray apps does not work. Nothing seems amiss in Device Manager, and I don't know what the Generic volume device refers to. Any suggestions?

Turned out to be Adaptec's TakeTwo causing the problem. Uninstalling and rebooting solved it.
