Hi
what is the problem of my phone openstage 15 sip. once we plug to POe switch our phone. the led indicates once and after that there is no display. thanks
Download the SIP version of the DERT tool from the Tonido download site, and also the usage instructions. From that you should be able to recover the phone.

Maybe it's just bad? Do other phones hooked to the same line have the same problem? Wouldn't be the first display I ever had go bad. When you first connect the phone and it first starts booting does the display come up with a header and say "Booting ..."? If not my next guess would be the display is bad. Have you plugged it in to a different network switch port? Sometimes they don't default to having POE turned on. Does the phone have the ability to connect an optiset power supply (sometimes needed when connecting a sidecar) if you have one lying around you can try that and see if the phone powers up. I don't always understand the stuff in the release notes, but over the past couple of years in the firmware updates they have been making changes to the power profiles for the phones and what they report back to the switch they are using. If you have an old enough software version that could be a contributor, but usually the version that DERT uses is not too far off the mark.
