Please how do i create a hunt group on panasonic ns500 such that when an incoming call falls on an extension and nobody picks up the call within a time frame,the call should be transfered to the next available extension automatically.
Secondly how do i configure a voicemail and outgoing messsage OMG on panasonic ns 500.

You need to create an icd group with your members and then forward your users to this group on busy no answer,

Crested a ps station eg 400 with passcode 1234
Then forward to 591(standard number)

Then record fm by dialling *47 400 1234 381 record freeing then press auto dial store key.

In night mode set your ddi to 400 and when you leave for the evening do *7801
In morning dial *7800
 
Create ICDG 601 add extension in this group
1. change Distribution method to UCD
2. from miscellaneous extension no answer redirection time change to
10s= after two rings the call transfer to group extension available
20s= rings
