Hi Legato Gurus,

ths below error message appeares for
Win2000 (SP2), Networker 6.0.2.

I found that the error 69 occures, if cleaning tape
is switched on on the autochanger. But it is not the case.

This error occured about 3 days before:

09/14/2001 10:20:32 AM nsrd: media warning: \\.\Tape1 moving: tape_bsf bsf failed: The device is not connected. (268436623)

and these errors follow ....

You can update your backup server to NW 6.1 version,Perhaps everything is OK

We have the same problems, and legato cant help us.
The update to backup server NW6.1 does not help.
so we fix the problem self.
what hardware-configuration have you for the backups?
