Hi,

In a bp250 switch board number(dbc 4224) is a DID NUMBER (isdn /pri). now the operator wanted to receive the incomming calls in his mobile phone while he is away from the desk. is it possible if so HOW? hope the form will have the answer

set the 4224 offduty and use a short number with the external destination as offduty target.

i tried that ctared a speed dial 555 and off duty add 555 speed dial 555 is the operators cell no.but it refuse to connect.
any other way?

give a non-used extn as offduty position of dbc224 and directly divert calls to that extn to 555.
