Hi,

I'm pretty new to programming Phone Systems, but I have been roped into with my current job.

We removed our attendant console and replaced it with a 2420 phone. 0 in the dialplan is still set to attd when someone dials 0 internally. I want to change it to ext going to our main number. From reading other posts would be the best way to do is to create vdn to a vector to route it to the extension?

Yes. Once it's defined as a VDN you can do a 'route-to' step within the vector.
