VFP comes with an Express Version of Installshield. It is a version not knowing specifics of Vista and Win7 and limited, but much better than the old VFP wizard for setup creation. You can still use it, though.
Or you can use InnoSetup as many VFP users do, it gives you more options and is free, but also is needing quite a bit of scripting.
