I just wanted to know, if I am temporarily using a 32MB video card as my regular 128MB is being repaired. I wanted to know, will this slow down my applications?
We would definitely need to know what applications you are talking about. Since most apps/processes/utilities that run in Windows are only 2D intensive, then chances are you won't notice any difference.

I am running temporarily a 32MB video card on windows xp pro. For some reason, outlook express, among other applications take a while to load.
I did not have this problem when I had my 128 MB video card, and just wanted to know whether the video card was the problem and/or is there anythig I could do to fix it?
make sure your agp aperture is set to 32mb in the cmos. this might help. for sure a 32mb card is going to do everything slower graphically then the 128.
