Hi,
The average call rate has exceeded the threshold of 12 new calls every 10 seconds. Normal call rate is less than 9 calls per 10 seconds.
Reading the INFO parameters as you should have seen you, you have up to 69 EXS buffers used and 20,21,22 new calls in average the last 10 seconds.

The alarm indicates that an investigation of traffic load in this system should be performed. A more even distribution of extensions or external lines might prevent this alarm in the future.

In general a LIM can handle 0.9 calls/second. In a system the traffic should be spread out to get an even load in all LIM's, at a level less than this.
