Hi,

I have a Pentium III 750MGH with an ASUS motherboard.
I have istalled three different graphic cards in the AGP slot , but monitor has no signal.

Could i have an idea of what is going on?

Thanks

If you have a PCI card in the PCI slot next to the AGP slot, try moving it to another slot leaving the first one open while using the AGP slot.

Hav eyou checked the monitor on another system?

what cards have you tried? maybe there new and incompatible with your board. ie 4x agp card and your trying it in a 2x board.

To go with Bobg1, have you tried a different monitor on your system?

oh, and could you describe more of what happens when you say "the monitor has no signal"? Does the computer seem to turn on and run through POST ok? does it seem to be booting after post (can you hear the hard drive spinning and loading your OS)? Is there any combination of beeps you hear when you first turn on the machine?

The voltage of the AGP port has to match the voltage of the video card or it might not work, this is why it is better to give specific video card and motherboard model. The voltage changed about the time of your processor or slightly later. I think most 4X video cards use the lower voltage.

Also check for grounding of the motherboard to the case. This is often the problem.

May also be memory, try reseating it.

Check to see if CPU fan is plugged into the cpu fan header.
