Hi,

I have a form on it I have a text box, called look up employee, the user enters the employees name and then press search. Access should open the form of the records related that person.

My problem is that I want Access to search any part of fields, for example the employee's name is John Paul if I enter John Access should open up or indicate John Paul is the employee avaiable or something of that nature..Please help!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks..
