Hi, I came across a job today with a SL1100, it has a LAN port (10-12-01=>192.168.2.240, 10-12-02=>255.255.255.0, 10-12-03=> 10.236.139.31) as well as a VoIP port (10-12-09=> 10.236.139.32 10-12-10=> 255.255.255.248), the 192.168.2.240 is connected to the local LAN with all computers in the office, while the 10.236.139.32 is connected to a Service Provider's special VoIP Box. The problems is: I can not connect to PcPro or WebPro, but I can ping 192.168.2.240 okay. Please help & Thank you in advance.

When there is a VoIP DB installed it disables the local LAN. You have to connect to the address in 10-12-09

1. your snm does not leave much room on that network for your pc to connect (6 addresses). Your PC must be on the same subnet.
2. make sure that ports 80 (WEBPRO) and 8000 (PCPRO) are open.

Thank you so much guys! I will change the subnet mask today to 246 allowing two more PC connections and see if that fix my problem, will let you guys know ASAP. Thanks again & have a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

Thank you both Ragnorak & belevedere! All fixed now. I check the port setting for WebPro & PcPro from a digital handset=> prog 90-54(thanks for belevedere tips) & found both of them are changed to non-standard (NOT port 80 & 8000), it's first time in many years that I bump into one like this.
