You need to tell more about the file an its origin..along with what it is used for...text file,data base,coding..etc...If it was encrypted then what with?Anyone can encrypt a file and give it an extention specific to its program..a lot more file info is needed....in order to help you... There are only two things universal in this world...'Hydrogen and Stupidity'
