Hi Guys,

I'm trying to setup a fax number under the secondary extension of a subscribers mailbox.

When I dial the number, I receive a message saying "Fax extensionn for *** Press start on your fax machine now " then I get the fax beeps.

Is there any way to remove the message at the start of call ? I know you can remove fragments from announcement sets but I have no idea what the fragment numbers are associated with the message above.
