Hi Guys,

I have a problem I create a relationship between the Employee Tbl(Primary Tbl) and SIP tbl. The relationship is between EmpID from EmpTbl (primary key & autonumber) and EmpID from SIPTbl.

Now when I finish entering information into the SIP form I get a message stating that I can't add/change a record b/c a related record is required in table Employee. Any suggestions?
 
one more thing the primary table (Employees) has a relationship not only with the SIP table but also with 2 other tables (SIP application) and (SIP donation).

I solved it, seems that I forgot to add a field in my SIP table that was founded in the Employee Tables. Thanks anyway!!!
