Hi Guys ... I am a mitel field technician and have a couple of issued at hand. First and formost I am a newbie to techTips and need some guidance on how to get to the right forums or talk to the relevant engineers for Mitel

When I hear Mitel I think SX-20, SX-100/200. Installed literally 100's of those. Mitel is nothing like I remember it. Didn't they buy Shoretel? Anyway, try the Mitel forum as stated.

Ha-Ha KCFLHRC. That does go way back as I too used to work on them. I still have the manuals somewhere in the Attic. Great phone system for their time.
