hi forum..

i am support, and have a hipath4000 V3, always get the same problem like this state:
"------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ADMINISTRATION OF SWU IS BLOCKED:
AN INCONSISTENCY IN YOUR CONTRACTED SOFTWARE HAS BEEN DETECTED
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND QUOTE THIS MESSAGE
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

if this state appear, we can't do something except urgency commands.

what couses this problem..? and what solved the problem..?
 
Perhaps support needs to attend a HiPath/OpenScape 4000 basic training course.

Sounds like your codeword is invalid or missing.

Could also be an issue with a SIM/Dongle (I only got back to V5 and that had a SIM) - I know some folks talk about having the correct dongle.

Di DIS-CODEW; And see if it shows a valid configuration for your system.
