hi everyone we have hipath 3800 but cant transfer trunk calls to any extension. we cant not also call any trunk from our extensions. please any idea?

what telephones are you using?
can you call internal calls.
what happens if you dial 9 or 0 for a line

siemens phones........yes we can call internal calls...i have not tried 9 or 0 sorry but i will try.....please more ideas are welcomed. thanks alot

My suggestion would be to look at the connection matrix grid and make sure that everything is allowed to communicate with everything.

Then look at the LCOSS settings and make sure they are right.

Then look at the system flags and make sure CO Calling is allowed.


Those are just a couple of ideas that popped out without me actually having to load the software and look around. I haven't been in that system in quite a while.

In lines and networking make sure you lines have a code and are also part of a trunk group. if not this would explain the problems your having.
