Hi Everyone,

Need your suggestion, currently I'm in the middle of NIM 4.1 installation, we use Sentinel, UNIFIED, and VOIP Logger, but On VoipLogger SRT Test we had failed open Port 162 and Port 62070, any idea??

hi,

first i would check connectivity

telnet ip address of voip logger 162
do same for port 62070
check to see if firewall is on voip logger
is it the latest version of SRT tool off extranice?
