Hi everyone,

I'm having problems with a request from users.
this is te situation:
-office 1: 22170 and 777
-office 2: 22100
-cellphone: 950908895
The operator at office 1 recieve the users's support calls on 777, and the 22170 for mor "personal" calls.
On weekends I need tho forward the calls from 777 and 22170 to 22100 and if it does't reply to the cellphone 950908895.

I've been trying but unsuccesfully.

I hope you guys can help me.
 
What system are you using and at what software level ?

Setup a hunt group in the AMO CRON to turn on Friday at closing time and turn off at Monday opening time is an option.
 
I cant't make call forwarding work. only CFU works, CFNR or CFBNR doesn't work.
 
OK you can setup a hunt group to automatically activate at weekends and to stop working during the day as follows:
Here are the actual hunt groups just for you to view:
ADD-SA:TYPE=VCE,CD=22170,STNO=22100&950908895,STYPE=LIN,NAME="WEEKEND",LVAFTEXT=N;
ADD-SA:TYPE=VCE,CD=777,STNO=22100&950908895,STYPE=LIN,NAME="WEEKEND",LVAFTEXT=N;

Here are the hunt groups which will automatically come into working at the weekend (Friday @ 17:30) and stop working when the weekend is over (Monday 09:00):

You will need to run in the following 4 lines via comwin.
ADD-CRON:101,P,30,17,*,*,5,"ADD-SA:VCE,22170,,,,22100&950908895,LIN,,"WEEKEND",,,,N;";
ADD-CRON:102,P,30,17,*,*,5,"ADD-SA:VCE,777,,,,22100&950908895,LIN,,"WEEKEND",,,,N;";
ADD-CRON:103,P,0,09,*,*,1,"DEL-SA:HT,22170,,,,VCE;";
ADD-CRON:104,P,0,09,*,*,1,"DEL-SA:HT,777,,,,VCE;";

You can if you need to edit the time of starting or finishing of the hunt groups by changing the 0,09 or 30,17 times (minutes,hour)
