Hi everybody!
I have been configurating the TimeOut Settings in tcp-ica connection and I am defined to disconect a user when he is in idle state more than 10 minutes (it`s a test)
It works when the user stablishes a direct connection. But it doesn't work when he runs a published application. Long time passes and the user is no disconnected. Is this the normal way to work?
Too, I have noticed, in a direct connection to the server, that if the user is in idle state and he forgot save the changes in his application, when the idle time stablished is elapsed he is disconected and his work is missing. Is there anyway to recover the missing work?
Thanks for your comments
