There are so many good links found with a google search on photoshop photo retouch but remember each retouch generally has it's own unique problems like color touchup, dust and scratch repair, adding removing backgrouns etc.
Look for links that explain how Curves work, curves are one of the most important tools for photo retouch. There is a great Curves site that I saved somewhere and I'll look for it for you, it's invalueable.
