hi all,

I have installed three voip to PRI gateway With my pbx all three gateway has ISP sip trunk of same vendor and connected through pri to my pbx.
the problem is this when when we call to each other call get connected but no voice.but when we call to other service provider number call get connected and voice is ok both way.default ports are 5060(sip trunk) and vendor supports G.711 u-law codec and same is enabled in all three gateway device.this problem is started after CUG activation in all three sip trunk which are of same vendor.

Make and model of the PBX? If this is provider SIP to PRI conversion port 5060 is not needed.
It's just a PRI. Are the PRI channels set to bothway? Does the PBX support SIP trunks so no need for PRI conversion? Have you tried setting up one PRI and test it for in and outbound calls, then plug
the other PRI's into that connection and confirm all 3 PRI's fully functional? If the PRI's are coming from a gateway are you using a T-1 crossover cable?

In the router/firewall that is supplying the internet connection that is supplying the sip trunks, turn off any and all sip helper options like SIP ALG etc. They are designed to help but they create more problems than they solve.

Thanks all
today TELCO has shifted all three sip trunks on other server and problem has resolved.from morning and till working fine.
