Hi All,
I am facing issue with Avaya Workplace App (Android/iOS). I have done the below configurations:
SIP Domain - Public IP Address
SIP Registrar FQDN - Domain name (Which is resolving public IP)
Network Topology - Firewall - Open Internet
Public IP - Given
Also I am using default 46xx settings file for logging in in the mobile app, can log in successfully.
But on mobile network voice is not coming at both end. We have Fortinet Firewall in our scenario and opened all the required ports on the IP.
Can Anyone help me on this?
