OK guys and gals....I just installed Crystal 8 on a client and also installed a Lotus NotesSQL 3.0 driver in order to retrieve data from a Notes DB. I keep getting an error message of "ODBC error: [Lotus][ODBC Lotus Notes] Failed to load 'NSQLV32.DLL' NotesSQL driver's DLL". Obviously, the Crystal application isn't pointed to the right path. Now here's the question. Does Crystal look in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory (on a Windows 98 OS) or does it look somewhere else for the driver? Yes, I do have my DSN correctly in (correct server address and correct DB filename and all the other stuff). Thank you for your answers.

I found my copy in C:\Program Files\NotesSQL. I didn't see it referenced in my ODBC administrator/Drivers tab. I did see NSQL32.dll there.

Since it is ODBC, I would expect the ODBC administrator only work with properly registered drivers. I would start there and if needs be, change the driver used on the report to match the Notes driver that the ODBC Admin has registered.
