Hello Folks,

I was hoping someone could help, here is the scenario: our company occupies three floors in our building. Our helpdesk is on the 29th floor and users on 33 and 34. When the helpdesk line rings and is forwarded to cell phones, it does not work very well due to dead spots. Can anyone recommend an analog phone with multiple handsets that can be carried by the helpdesk staff when away from their desk and a phone that has the range to cover 4 to 5 floors (signal strength)

Thanks in advance
jm

nortel makes a wireless unit with access points you install in your work areas that would cover that... panasonic makes a unit, i use it at home that has 4 handsets 2gig and may work depending on the internal structure of the building
